November is a quieter time in Cádiz, and that can be a real advantage. The summer crowds have long since disappeared, the pace of life is more relaxed, and the city is easier to explore without having to work around the heat. Although the weather becomes less predictable, sunny afternoons are still possible, and there is plenty to enjoy beyond the beaches.
